Are you feeling constantly stressed?

The tendency to slow down and look after us when we need it most, is generally not the go-to option. Instead, we look for ways to feel better in the moment. Stress has become a commonly used term which covers a wide range of daily experiences; workplaces and livelihoods are predominantly fuelled by stress, sleep deprivation and burnout; feeling of overworked, too busy, over connected on social media and under connected with us and the people closest to us, this is an unstainable way of living.

Managing stress is vitality important for health and wellbeing, years and years of stress can bring on numerous types of illnesses, digestive issues, cognitive issues, depression, anxiety and fatigue just to name a few. 

 

In this 8-12 week program, you will uncover awareness of your triggers and responses to stress, how stress arises and impacts you consciously and subconsciously (what you can't see)

We will learn to build resilience through healthier habits, awareness, relaxation tools, changing our reactions and mindfulness strategies that will better help you to inevitably manage it better not just for now but for the future.

You can change your stress filled life in 8-12 weeks

Each session can be held weekly or fortnightly. Each week entails:

  •  1x 1hour 1:1 zoom/facetime session with myself.

​

  • Unlimited 24/7 support through texts or voice messages for the duration of your time with me.

​

  • Customised tasks - given in session to promote an increase of self accountability, understanding and expand your mindset even outside of our coaching sessions. 

​
