Unlike therapists, counsellors etc (although we are a shoulder to cry on and a safe, judgement free space to open up), we focus on your life entirely with 3 elements; mind, body, spirit to ensure positive development and balance in all areas, as everything can be linked to the mind and body which is something I’m truly passionate about. We can help uncover many blockages, limitations, thoughts and misalignment. Rather than constantly looking into the past (although it can help) I prefer to look into the future, focusing my energy into the person I want to become and the life I want to live; using my awareness of the past to make me aware and  propel me forward. If we are constantly stuck in the past, how can we expect to focus on the future when all our energy is put there. If you want to move forward in life with happiness and fulfilment, you're in the right place!

WHY LIFE COACHING? 

At Healthy Happy Healing I want to see you live your happiest healthiest life and heal anything that is preventing you from doing so. Working with a life coach can help you:

  • Meditation & Breathing (Breath work) as healing tools

  • Stress and relaxation

  • Journaling 

  • Identifying and replacing habits that set you back 

  • Reframing self talk 

  • Understanding and education of how our mind and body work together

  • Psychology of happiness

  • Incorporating/ changing routines to more healthier for the mind and body

 

There are many more healing, awareness and tools that can be used to get there quickly and living a happier, healthier life from the inside out.
